Baccarat

 

 

This game is played between the player and banker.

It is played with a single deck of cards and is a game of skill and luck.

There are three different bet types and the game odds are high.

 

The aim of the game is to guess whose hand, players or bankers will be closer to the value of 9. A bet can also be placed on the chance of a tie.

 

Hand Values:

 

By adding up the total of the cards, the value of the hand will be found.

The card vales are as follows:

• Ace = 1.
• 10 – King = 0.
• 9 – 2 = face value of cards.

If the hand exceeds 9, the value of the hand is the “unit” portion of the total. You are paid out according to the payout schedule should your hand win.

 

Example:

 

A hand consists of an 8 of hearts and 7 of clubs.

The point vales are 8 and 7 so the total will be 15. (8+7=15) As the “tens” portion is ignored, the actual value will be 5.

 

Winning:

 

If you win you are paid as follows:

Banker wins: 2x your bet less 5% commission for the house.

Player wins: 2x bet.

Tie: you get 8x bet.
